Human-Use Analysis

I decided to do some research and take a look at some different aspects of the T.

The T offers transportation via subway, bus, commuter rail, ferry, and car. In the subway alone there are 145 stations on 5 lines located in the Greater Boston Area. Yet a quick yelp review search of the MBTA shows that it has an average 2 star rating out of 259 reviews, justifying the need to improve user experience. Many of the complaints are to do with delays (especially to do with mechanical failures), no refunds for lost cards, increases in prices, bad customer service, and trains/buses not being at their scheduled locations on time making people miss their connections.
